To help all clergy to become effective in preaching the Gospel in their particular socio-economic contexts. To provide training and coaching to achieve organizational change and individual transformation.
To follow the goal that many obtain faith in Christ, and that the faithful remain faithful. To empower all pastors to strive for spiritual self-discovery and personal transformation.
Main Leadership Principles
• The primary role of a Bishop is not to be an administrator but to be a prophetic preacher to effectively respond to Eurasian ministerial context and to raise a standard of prophetic preaching for personal and community transformation (Rom. 10:14-17);
• To practice openness and transparency in leadership and financial practices to promote the highest ethical norms of leadership and Christian life.
